How to stop my subscription to Orange Phone Pro ?

You cannot stop your subscription to the Orange Phone Pro option from Orange Phone app.

If you uninstall the Orange Phone app, it will not stop the susbcription either.

Stopping the subscription can be done by calling the helpdesk on 706 or contacting the Orange commercial support.

Warning! if the call transfer from the professional landline number is activated, stopping the subscription doesn't cancel it.

In that case, you still have to cancel the call transfer on your own:

• If you use a company landline number (PBX), please contact your administrator.

• In other case, just compose #21# (for immediate transfer) or #61# (for no-answer transfer) from your landline, depending on the transfer currently configured.

What happens if I uninstall the Orange Phone app?

Your Orange Phone Pro option will be still active and you will continue to pay for it until you officially stop the subscription.
