How do I configure my Xiaomi/Redmi phone to work properly with Orange Phone?

On Xiaomi/Redmi terminals, it is necessary to authorize the automatic start of the Orange Phone app in background to ensure the proper functioning of the service. Without autostart enabled, you will not be able to receive calls or voice messages.

To authorize automatic startup in background for the Orange Phone app, please go to your device settings: Settings / Applications / Permissions / Background autostart management. Autostart permission must be given to the Orange Phone application.

Note : on Android 15, this Background autostart permission is accessible in the list of applications (top of the screen).

For the application to work correctly in Overlay Mode, you also may need another permission to be able to see the anti-spam information when receiving a call while the device is locked.

This permission is granted in Settings / Applications / Manage Apps / Orange Phone / Other permissions / Show on Lock screen. You need to enable this feature to see the antispam information on lock screen.
