How to declare Orange Phone app as default dialer app?

To be able to use the advanced features of the application, you have to define Orange Phone app as default dialer app. To do that, many methods are possible.

During the installation and first use of Orange Phone app:

• Authorize the change of the default dialer app and select Orange Phone app in the list, during the installation and first use of Orange Phone app on your device.

In the Orange Phone app:

• From the Favorites or Recents tabs, a banner will be displayed to propose you to define Orange Phone app as default dialer app if you didn't do it previously
• Click on the link Define as default dialer

In the native Settings of your device:

• Go in the menu Applications and then Applications by default
• In the section Phone Application or Call Application, choose Orange Phone

Warning: Define Orange Phone as default dialer app doesn't replace the button (usually green or blue)  that launches the native Phone app on the welcome page of your device, neither the shortcut on the lock screen (if the device proposes it).

The Orange Phone app icon is just among the other applications in the whole list. We recommend you to replace the Phone icon from the native app by the Orange Phone app icon in the Welcome page and the lock screen : you will keep your habits but use the right dialer application.
