How to unblock a number / contact?

You have 2 ways to unblock a number or a contact.

Method 1:

• Open the contact card of the number or contact you want to unblock from call history, the contacts list or the favorites
• Click on the option Unblock this caller from the card itself or the actions menu

If a contact has many phone numbers associated, then all the numbers will be unblocked.

Method 2:

• Go in the menu Settings > Call blocking and reports
• Open the menu My reports and my block list > My block list
• In the list of the blocked numbers, you can decide to unblock some of them by clicking on the cross on the corresponding line
