How to activate my Orange Phone Pro option?

The benefits of this otion

Orange Phone Pro is an option proposed through the Orange Phone app for the Pro/Business mobile clients. It offers 3 main functionalities:

• automatic blocking of the unwanted and telemarketing calls, and all the features of the Orange Phone app: anti-spam protection, identification of unknown calls and other features that you can consult here
• transcription of your voice messages in text sent by SMS and displayed in the Orange Phone app
• management of the incoming and outgoing calls from a professional landline number on your mobile device, with the Orange Phone app.

How to activate this option?

Prerequisite:

• You first need to install the Orange Phone app on your Android device: Download the app
• Define Orange Phone app as dialer by default, Click to know how to do it
• Be connected to the data mobile network or a Wi-fi network.

Step 1 : Check your mobile number

• From the main menu of the application, select Orange Phone Pro
• Click on Activate Orange Phone Pro
• Enter your mobile number and click on Continue, a validation code will be sent to you by SMS
• Enter the 4 digits code received by SMS (or click on the proposition displayed above the keyboard)

At this step, even if you don't want to use a professional landline number, you benefit from the 2 other features included in the Orange Phone Pro service.

If your mobile number is already managed by your administrator, the professional landline will be automatically activated in your app without any other step.

In the other cases, you can declare, if you want, the professional landline number you want to use in the app, by following these steps.

Step 2 : Declare your own professional landline number

Prerequisite : be near this professional landline.

• Enter the number of the professional landline
• Click on Continue
• You will receive a call on this professional landline which will vocalize an activation pincode, click on I am ready to launch this call
• Answer this call and keep the 4 digits code you will hear
• Enter this activation pincode in the app
  
  

Last step:

In the native settings of your phone, activate yous landline in the Phone accounts and come back to the app.

Congratulations! Your professional landline number est now active and you can start using your landline number from your mobile phone

With Orange Phone Pro option, you can receive the calls to the landline number on your mobile phone by activating the transfer of the calls (immediate or no-answer). See how to activate the transfer

You can also choose not to transfer the calls. You can then at least place calls from your mobile phone by presenting your landline number to your correspondants.

You can access the configuration of your landline account at any time from the My landline menu.
