How to receive the incoming calls towards my professional landline on my mobile phone?

If the professional landline number has been associated for you by your administrator, you have nothing specific to do. You will automatically receive the professional calls.

In other cases, you have to follow the next steps.

Prerequisite :

• Orange Phone app is installed on your device.
• Orange Phone Pro option is activated and configured on the device

To receive the calls towardsyour professional landline number on your mobile, you need to transfer the calls from the landline number to the Orange Phone Pro service.

If you use a company landline number (PBX), you need to contact your administrator.

In the other cases, you have 2 possibilities:

• Configure an immediate transfer of all your landline calls:

All incoming calls on your professional landline number will then be transfered to your mobile phone through the Orange Phone Pro service.

For that, you need to compose from your landline the following number: *21*0770232222#

• Configure a no-answer transfer :

Incoming calls on your professional landline number will then be transfered to your mobile phone only if you don't answer on your landline directly.

For that, you need to compose from your landline the following number: *61*0770232222#

Warning: The number 07 70 23 22 22 is the number of the Orange Phone Pro service, you mustn't replace it by your own mobile number!

I don't want to receive the incoming calls on my mobile phone anymore, what should I do?

If you use a company landline number (PBX), you need to contact your administrator.

In other cases, if you don't want to receive the incomings calls towards the landline number on your mobile phone, you just need to cancel the transfer by composing #21# ou #61# from your landline depending on the transfer that was previously configured.

• Cost of a call transfer is linked with your landline offer
• Transfer call is not possible for the landline operator FREE
• To distinguish in Orange Phone app the direct mobile calls and the landline calls, you need an Internet connection
