Who spams me? More information on the identity of a spam caller

The Orange Phone application proposes you an additional communitary information for some numbers recognized as unwanted or telemarketing.

This communitary information "Who spams me?" on a given number is then displayed on the call screens and the call history in the following way:

• if you provided your own identification, this information will be displayed on your device
• if you provided no identification for the number but our algorithm managed to extract a communitary information, this one will be displayed to you

When, at the end of a call or from the call screen, you report a number as unwanted or telemarketing, we propose you to add this number identification.

Even for a non spam number, you can add an identification for this number from the call history.

This identification information is sent to our servers, processed by our algorithm and then a result is shared with the whole Orange Phone community.

Our anti-spam algorithm analyses in real time all the identifications sent by the users on a number to try to generate a unique identification. This identification is then displayed in the call screens and the call history as described above.
