Impacts of the new legal ARCEP rules on telemarketing calls

In France, the regulation authority ARCEP added some new legal rules, applied from January 1st 2023, which goal is to limit the telemarketing calls.

• Then all numbners starting with the following 4 digits are the only ones authorized to make automatic calls toward users: +339 (48/49) - +331 (62/63) - +332 (70/71) - +333 (77/78) - +334 (24/25) - +335 (68/69)
  
• The numbers starting by the following 4 digits are meant for the relationship between a company and the clients, for after-sale, deliverers, appointment management, taxis, ...: +339 (37/38/39)
  

Our algorithm takes into account these new rules, and the concerned calls will be identified as Unwanted or Telemarketing or Potential deliverers, drivers, after-sale...

Don't hesitate to activate the automatic blocking of unwanted calls if you don't want to be bothered.
