It can happen sometimes that some voice messages cannot be read, you will then see the following error message displayed on the voicemail :
First check that you have the last version of the Orange Phone app on https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.orange.phone&hl=fr&gl=FR
Indeed, we correct regularly the bugs you notice.
Then:
- Save the important messages thanks to the feature "Save"
- Go to the Voicemail settings in the Orange Phone app. Deactivate and reactivate the Visual Voicemail switch
Warning: if you still don't manage to read your voice messages, please check if there is a VPN or Ad-blocker app installed on your device that would block the download of the messages. More info here.
