In some cases, the application does not appear in the "Call blocking and identification" menu in your phone settings. Sometimes the entire "Call blocking and identification" menu is no longer displayed. This is an issue that we escalated to Apple.
If the problem persists, we offer you the following solutions which would seem to bring satisfactory results:
- Access iPhone settings
- Enter Privacy
- Finally, activate the button to Allow app follow-up requests
- Then from the settings go to phone
- At the bottom of the screen the option call blocking and identification should have reappeared
- Activate the button corresponding to Orange Phone
If that doesn't work,
- from the iPhone's Phone application, choose a number to identify and press (i)
- select "share"
- choose "identify the number" with the Orange Phone icon
- this will launch Orange Phone and possibly give information on the number
- return to settings > phone > the call blocking and identification option should have reappeared
- Activate the button corresponding to Orange Phone
If that doesn't work either,
- wait about 1 hour then restart the phone. The app should then be visible in your Settings and you can activate it.
Finally, if it still doesn't work:
- remove and then reinstall the application.
Do not hesitate to contact our support team at support@orangetelephone.zendesk.com or from the contact menu of the application if necessary.
