How to connect to Work Contacts?

Work Contacts is an additional application to Orange Phone that allows to access the company directory and consult names and phone numbers of colleagues directly in the Orange Phone dialler.

Warning : usage of Work Contacts is restricted : an offer subscribed by the company, a permission given by the Office 365 Azure tenant administrator, ... (see here)

Before being able to connect on Work Contacts and use the app, you must repect the following pre-requisites, that can depend on your mobile configuration:

• If your device is enrolled with Microsoft inTune (you have separated personal AND professional environmenets, the professional apps have a small suitcase on the bottom right of the icon)
  • install and use Work contacts from the PERSONAL environement
  • assure to have installed (or activated) in the PERSONAL environment the following applications, because they will be necessary to identify or apply the security rules of the company:
    • Microsoft Authenticator
    • Company Portal inTune (installed only, no need to launch it)
• If your device is not enrolled with Microsoft inTune, you only have one environment for your apps
  • iinstall and use Work Contacts from this unique environement
  • assure to have installed (or activated) the following applications, because they will be necessary to identify or apply the security rules of the company:
    • Microsoft Authenticator
    • Company Portal inTune (installed only, no need to launch it)

To use Work Contacts app, you just need to connect with your usual credentials to the Microsoft Azure Office 365 environment:

• professional login (email)
• login and password (if required by your company)
• check of your device configuration that must respect the security rules of the company

Once connected, you can forget about the Work Contacts application : it will just play the role of intermediary between Orange Phone and the Azure directory.

If the connection between Work Contacts and Azure directory is lost, you will be notified (in the app or in Orange Phone) to relaunch the Work contacts app and to reconnect.
