After a call or a search, you may see an information asking you to relaunch Work Contacts :
- a notification raised by Work contacts application
- a banner or toast in Orange Phone app to inform that the connection to company directory is lost
This information is raised to inform you that the identification of a number (call or search) may not have been done correctly with the company directory, because the link with Azure was lost.
You just need to relaunch Work Contacts (fron the notif or banner) and reconnect to restore the link with the company directory for all you next calls or searches.
Indeed, the session with Microsoft Azure company directory can be lost if anything in the device prevent from keeping it alive. It cannot be restored automatically once broken, that's why you need to reconnect by reopening the Work Contacts app.
If you activated the Low Power Mode or a limitation in the usage of data in background, you have more risks to face this problem of disconnection. Please follow the FAQ link to know more on this situation.
