What is Work Contacts ?

Work Contacts is an application working in addition with Orange Phone that allows you as customer from a company on Office 365 Azure to access your company directory.

Thanks to Work Contacts, you will be able to get new features in Orange Phone app:

• display of the name of a colleague on the call screen and the calls history if the phone number of this colleague is present in the company directory (and not in the local contacts)
• global search with lastname and/or firstname to find the phone number (or other administrative information) of a colleague inside the directory

Restrictions of usage (for administrators)

Work Contacts usage is restricted and associated to offers managed by Orange France or Orange Business.

Note : if your company didn't subscribe the corresponding offer, then the user will be informed in the app that the domain of his company is not authorized to use Work Contacts.

Access to the company directory from Orange Phone through Work Contacts is then possible in the following cases:

• the company subscribed the offer with Orange / Orange Business
• the company has an Office 365 Azure tenant in which the directory for all users is present and maintained
• the administrator of the tenant has explicitely authorized Work Contacts app to connect to the tenant by accepting the associated permissions

When respecting these conditions, all customers from the company, users of this tenant, will be able to connect on Work Contacts to add to Orange Phone the access to the company directory.
